Auction Site Policies:
A bid/ win or "Buy It Now" purchase on WholesaleGemsAuction.com is
considered a contract between the Seller and Winner and both the
Seller and Winner are
obligated to complete the purchase. If the "reserve" is met, or there was no reserve amount listed, the Seller must sell the item to the highest bidder.
However, Butler Enterprises
recognizes that some Winners may not feel they won or purchased
what was represented by the auction listing.
Refunds:
1.) Auction Sellers, other than Butler Enterprises, are
responsible for their individual refund policies. Should Auction
Winners have issues they cannot resolve with individual Sellers, they
may contact Butler Enterprises (see Contact Information above) for
mediation and possible banning from the Auction Site of unreasonable
Seller.
2.) Winners of Butler Enterprises items, have 30-days
to request a refund via email or telephone (see Contact Information
above). A full refund (including initial shipping) will be
issued upon receipt of returned undesired item(s).
Billing and Payment Options:
1.) Sellers are responsible for billing and
collecting final/ winning bids from Winners of their items.
Sellers must choose method(s) of payment at time of item listing
(Sellers, please note Auction fees on Seller
Fees page.)
